Located in the hip Chapinero district, it offers six floors of oversized, high-ceilinged suites all with jacuzzis, electric fireplaces, and bespoke furniture designed sustainably from native bamboo. Several suites include private saunas or steam rooms, while others have fantastic beds suspended from the ceiling. The hallway on each floor starts with a Zen garden and continues with colorful paintings from around the world.

Why Zen-sual? We want to provide our guests and the community in general with a space dedicated to intimacy and well-being. We hope through our special combination of “zen” and “sual” that you will feel connected to both your spirit and your senses, fully present to celebrate your love with someone special in your life.

Our Spa

Our sixth floor is a penthouse with 360-degree views of the city. It includes a spa that offers massage packages and facial treatments as well as an event space for up to 50 people.

Our Suites

Our boutique hotel provides a range of suites at various rates. Most suites are 200 - 350 square feet in size.

The fourth and fifth floors of our property are reserved for standard hotel guests. The second and third floors are generally booked in six to twelve hour blocks by people who are more adventuresome. Maintaining this separation allows us to serve guests who want a uniquely romantic experience but also expect a good night's sleep.

Note that we are committed to excellent security, and each floor is only accessible to the people staying on that floor.

Second floor only:

• Suite STEAM (includes private steam room)
• Suite SERENADE (occupies split level)
• Suite GROUP XL (triple-sized suite with two of everything, farthest from the avenue)
• Suite GROUP VIP (double-sized suite that faces the avenue)
